so, I have a youtube channel to which I post a new video every Friday, I was wondering if y'all'd want a skyblock tutorial of some sort, this could be a redstone door or house/build tutorial, just let me know what you'd like

 

Start a new island on a alt and do a first week of skyblock series. Giving guides on what new players should do in their first week.

Such as :

• Cobblestone gens
• Basic farms.
• Server rule familiarisation
• Currency information, value of items etc.
• Basic building techniques.

 

I think a simple stone gen would do great, you have no idea how many times I screwed up until I got it correct

Good Guide entity.It seems like the audio is out though, when I watched it there was a silent gap when you were placing the redstone, then the redstone info played when you were just tidying up at the end.

You should also do a simple cobble gen guide, as new players won't be ready to build the stone gen.

It would also be good to explain about alternatives to water buckets and lava buckets for skyblock players. For example ice/infinite water source and obsidian for lava.

 

Please tell people that skin comps are scams (mostly) and please advise against banner shops as they fill up chat. A donor100 makes as much as a banner shop makes in 3 weeks and they don't fill up chat.

Show them how to make good deals with tradeshops.

Tell them if you do a coop you lose your stuff.

Tell them to use tradeshops with trades instead of throwing the items because it's logged.

Tell them god items aren't worth anything and I wont give you dias for 5 god items.

Don't advise people to do something they love. If you don't have banner shops, you'll have wood shops; stone shops; armor shops—the list goes on.

Ehh, that's not entirely true. You can god a CypriotMerks head and you can say it's not worth that, but I'm sure you wouldn't mind paying 1 diamond for that

 

Lemo, this is advise for beginners, banner shops don't make large results (unless if you have a mega- banner shop). If you have a Cyp head, you are rich instantly whether its godded or not. I'm sure you get my points though.

This is just advise so you really don't have to do it, it's not against the rules

 

Banner shops are actually an easy way for new players to make quick grass. I started that way. Nothing wrong with it as long as they don't break the rules in terms chat spam.
