    Could we a mod on .net because i am having issues trying to place a sign use the trade template. I know how to do it, but it is glitching for me!

    There should be a mod on. If not, just wait for one. You can even ask about the problem in chat, as a lot of the players are good with problems like these.

    Common issues are wrong spacing, or adding an s to make words plural. You can go over 64 in the numbers.
