Killing a players animals without being given permission to falls in the category of greifing. Now I ask, why did you kill another players animals?

 

okay, this isn't listed anywhere in text as grieving? Not sure how i was suppose to know that as a new player.
I was collecting the wool and food, not sure how this could be at all damaging?

Because when re-reading the rules to see if the ban was just, i couldn't find anything, in text, that specified about killing animals.
How was i to know?

The sheep were clearly of another player's property, yet you chose to kill them. How can I trust that you won't do this again?

 

Okay, I've taken this on-board and i had honestly no intention of it being malicious.
i do apologise if i have caused any kind of damage, i was under the usuption they could simply be spawned back into the world? right?
But do you agree that this is worthy of a 14 day ban, even though there is nothing in text warning me that i couldn't have killed animals?
After you have clearly explained to me that it is wrong to kill animals on someone else's island, i shall refrain from 'murdering' them again, excuse the pun.
i have up to this point played legit, and fairly, and would like to carry on like so.

Lastly, please, in your own words, state all the server rules located here.

 

These may seem short, but i like to get to the point.

Rule One: Do not Steal, break, or place items on another persons island without permission (Including Animals....)

Rule Two: Do not steal another persons items during a trade

Rule Three: Do not advertise for another server, website or IP ect...

Rule Four: Don't kill people!!!!

Rule Five: Treat others as you want to be treaded yourself.

Rule Six: Don't spam / annoy others in the chat

Rule Seven: Don't start new islands over and over again, just to obtain the items

Rule Eight: Don't trade forbidden items, the list can be found at one of the /warp illegal ( or rules page)

Rule Nine: Don't own illegal items, simple.

Rule Ten: Don't abuse the Nickname function by acting like a imposter.

Rule Eleven: use only legal clients ( i don't use any clients anyway)

Rule Twelve: use only legal mods ( i also don't use any mods....)

Rule Thirteen: Do not do anything obscene! Children play...

Rune Fourteen: Mods need a good reason to ban.

Rule Fifteen: Don't be an idiot! treat the server with respect and it shall respect you ^_^

I believe you have learned your lesson and I trust that you will not do this again. I will accept this appeal, but since you did kill the animals you will have to wait out a 7 day temp ban in opposed to the original 14 day temp ban. I hope to never see you in this section of the forums again .
You will be unbanned on the 29th of January.
