I think I picked the wrong application to review. This is nearly stone cold perfect so far without even the usual grammar horror show.

And...? For someone so widely experienced and well-spoken I expected a bit more here. It's not bad, but now I'm curious.

I've never met someone that just flat out told me how honest they were. It's a little spooky in a "reverse psychology" way; it makes everyone wonder why you'd mention it if you really were honest. Is this trait necessary to point out...?

Little bit of a grammar issue here, ma'am. It looks like you were rewriting and copied/pasted too quickly. Easy to fix and quite literally the first minor problem I've seen. Wow.

I'm not sure if I understand "considering both people", although I can support the concept of taking personal emotion out of a situation. Can you rewrite this slightly for people like me who fail a bit at intuitiveness?
Minor correction: "I only do things that are morally right."

"I do not scam people when I trade" -- This line needs to go up into the "Honest" paragraph (or cut). The rest of this sounds very nice but isn't really a factor when you're an authority figure. I might be wrong, though; do Moderators give out free grass if someone accidentally falls off their island? Sounds like it would be raining men, (hallelujah).

Being smart doesn't grant empathetic ESP, ma'am. Reading emotions over text is... difficult at best, hence the concept of "emoticons". Having the perspicacity to manipulate a situation to avoid trouble is pretty admirable and will help you a lot in life.
Slight logic error: Memorizing rules quickly does not equal helping people when needed. Unless the was an accidental conjunction in your sentence; should it have been "help people when needed by giving warnings"?

That was probably one of the most interesting ways I've ever seen the idea of "maturity" explained. I might have to swipe that for a future conversation, thank you. Regardless; everyone lists "maturity" as a quality and it really isn't necessary. Just reading your post and seeing how you respond to comments is really all we need to know if you're mature.

Why are you listing your playtime in decimals?! I have literally never seen that before.

Advantages:
- Structure of the application is generally good.
- The use of headings is used well as it separates the information up, enabling the reader to process set information section by section.
- Relatively good amount of detail on most of the points you've made.

Disadvantages:
- The use of colour makes the application look immature and unprofessional, ( in my opinion).
- Putting a picture and two 'thank you' messages is unnecessary. Saying thank you once is good enough for everyone as they know you'll appreciate time being taken to read your application.
- There could have been more elaboration on points that you made in the section of, 'why should you be a moderator?'.
- There is plenty of listed attributes that you say you posses. However,there isn't any information about what you'll improve or what you'll aspire to do if you became a moderator. For me, that aspiration for people is one of the most important points to make, as it shows what you've already thought about when it comes to uniquely changing the server and personally going out of your way to make a difference.

Suggestions:
- Removing the pictures, 1 'thank you' note and colour will make the application seem more professional (in my opinion).
- Elaborating on points that you've made wouldn't go amiss.
- Adding aspirational goals would be a great addition to you application.

The listing in decimals was for suppose to be 30 minutes. Im not sure why I put .5, I was most likely refuring to 1/2 of an hour. I can fix that though.

Please remove the colour(Aus Spelling) as it will make you more professional. Otherwise a decently written application. I am neutral on this one as I have never seen you online helping, but I may change my decision in future. I like that your application is extremely consise unlike some applications where they just ramble on. Maybe add a few more qualities and that would be great. Sorry about before, that was my brother(I know, I know, I shouldn't share my account details but hey, he is my brother).
