Thank you for the suggestions! I will take them into consideration. Appreciate you taking the time to read the application even though you've not had any interactions with me. Thank you for the partial support!
Welcome to the Shire, friend! Watch out for those Baggins folk, I hear they're adventurous. This is a Stephen King novel waiting to happen. A stranger wanders into the community offering free enhancements and personal advice while on a mysterious island? "Needful Things" mashed up with "Under The Dome" -- I'd read that in a heartbeat. Nice to meet you sir. You're a hot topic around here and this application is on fire. I'm burning to review. Let's see if this is undercooked or a flaming hot wreck. OK, had to get that out of my system. Done now. That is not a time zone, sir. Did you mean UTC+0? It's alright, a lot of applications bomb this question harder than an ISIS safehouse. English, or American? I'm always amused to ask someone from the U.K. about this, people are pretty emphatic about the differences. Not even accidentally? That's pretty amazing, +1 to you sir. This application is moving faster than the Twerk Olympics. Normally this is my favorite part to read, let's see how this goes. You're that guy who brings a PowerPoint slideshow to every meeting, aren't you? CONFESS. You may want to reword this section's header: "few reasons of which, I believe" is an awkward sentence fragment. I'd vote you "Head Counselor of Cannibal Camp", sir. Although being a good listener in real life is a very admirable trait it is kind of easy to do over text. Not a bad quality to list and not one I've seen before. I'm not entirely sure, but I think you're allowed to have an opinion in arguments. It's when you start using administrative powers that things get all "boot in the crack" up in here. To watch this server's chat spam you would have to be exceedingly patient. Or have some sort of text-related OCD I suppose. This line needs to be on every application. Is this really such a huge positive it can "push" an application? I have no idea so I went and looked up the Minecraft history to see how long the game has been around. /facepalm. Minecraft is barely five years old. Redstone is about four and a half, around the same time multiplayer started up. Alright, I guess 4.5 years is a lot of time to dedicate to a hobby, I can respect that. I noticed your eye. It's like a beautiful chocolate-covered sweet pea. Revise wording on this section please, I chuckled. Majoring in juvenile education? Honestly that would really help, I hope your application goes through sir. This sounds like two different sentences got drunk, made bad life decisions and went home together at 2am. You're not good at selling yourself so your background will aid your experiences? Reword this slightly into separate qualifications, sir. Or not! My opinion means nothing. My castle is built on a foundation of mistaken bricks. Revise this sentence so it doesn't sound like you are OK making catastrophic errors with Moderator powers. Everyone makes mistakes and that is fine; just don't look forward to them quite so much when applying for a job. This is hobospeech. "The bottom of circumstances that need large amounts of time"? I feel like I'm listening to my crazy uncle spouting arguments about "da gubbernment". Revise to: "I am a very persistent person that can find solutions, even if it takes some time". I changed my mind: You're a Political Science major. Only a politician can make a good thing out of being incorrect and screwing up. "Don't be upset about our [massive] failures! They just build character and show us what not to do!" It's all well and good to learn from mistakes. But this is the second time you've explicitly mentioned you're going to cause some sort of grievous error after gaining Moderator. Perhaps you can stop mentioning that? Or not! Again: My reviews are pointless. No part time job + easy course load? I'm jealous; that's a nice setup for you, sir. That is a lot of hours for a full time University student. Also unless I'm reading that wrong you do have some sort of part time job? Your Minecraft dedication is astounding, you're basically giving up all of your free time during one of the most transformative portions of your entire life. You're that old, crusty combat veteran telling the new recruits how the world works. You've even double-moderated on two servers at once, that had to be rough. Pretty respectable street credentials there Lava. BONUS CONTENT! I'm happier than a tornado in a trailer park. ...and now I'm more let down than an orphan on Christmas morning. Sigh, some issues here: Don't use "ameliorating" as an ending verb. Try "satisfied with constantly ameliorating fudged-up issues". The red highlighted section is not a sentence. You basically gave the definition of "ameliorating". Remove or re-word. The orange highlighted portion has some sort of odd "double opening" clause usage. Cut either the "without" or the "within" business. Possibly just re-word the sentence entirely? You opened with "two main reasons" but did not clearly delineate them. There is no "first of all", "starting with" or something similar. Likewise you never gave a "secondly" or "on the other hand", etc. No, "moreover" does not count without an opening phrase like "I'll start with": You already have that opportunity, sir. Potentially. Quite welcome, sir. You sound like you're apologizing in advance for some horrible errors in the future; if I didn't know better I'd be thinking you are some sort of Minecraft-based John Titor. Good luck with your application. Support Status: 100% (Would Fall In Lava With) Like this, sir? Or maybe like this? The button is on the "edit bar", I think. Here:

Here: View attachment 107094 [/QUOTE] A very humours review to read, I have to admit; I did laugh at several points. Along side the humour, thank you for the feedback. I shall take it all into consideration and administer it to my existing application. (It needs some something administered to it to make it feel better after getting torn apart!).
Things that I like: Firstly, I like how you have described yourself in the introduction section, I know you are a 'recent recruit' but, you have definitely proved that you have the right state of mind and motivation to become a moderator. I also like the reasons why you should be a moderator (which btw are all true!) I love how you can both focus on your University work and also focus on your 'Minecraft life' XD I think you have had plenty of moderatoring experience (enough to warrant you the mod posistion) so you know how it works and how to use your responsability wisely, and how to help crafters in need of help (you already do that anyway!) I Finally like the fact that you added your own question at the end, which makes this application more personal than all the rest of them. Things that I dislike: You are fairly new to the server (like myself xD) and may not know as much as many other applicants that may have been here for a while. Rarely seem to be online (but I don't go looking for you), but when I do see you, you seem to always be on and willing to talk or help! Overall I give you full support (100%) and hope you get the mod position, and go on to be the best mod ever! Good Luck Buddy!!
Support! I've seen you in-game and on forums a lot! Things you need to improve on: 1) Add a dash of colour 2) I have never seen you helping in-game (/msg?)
Haha, no support. Rude and gets offended way to easily, this could translate into being an abusive mod or simply an ineffective mod, either way no support.
I apologise for the abruptness, but on what grounds are you making these accusations on? As far as I'm aware, I refused to build for you? As I'm not allowed to 'tag' Moderators within the application. I shall just mention her name. Krissy, is a witness to me having no problem giving back any prepayments you made for me to build you 'someone else's island. The reason that I did not want to 'work' for you, is because copying someone's island is beyond the point of a 'personal island'. I can't speak on your behalf, but I did not cause any problem, nor did I cause offence to you. (Intentionally). I don't know, you might have been slightly annoyed that I refused to build someone else's island. On yours. Fell_In_Lava
Ooo i never called you out for this, i couldve and was talking about something else, point is youd be a terrible moderator.
Support! U R Awesome Also Rocket What Gives? The Guy has Never Done Anything To You As Far As i Can tell/know
I don't know, I'll stay neutral. Most of the time, you seem pretty level-headed, but you rated RocketOG's comment with a rude rating. That is not how you should take criticism. Good Luck, I will change my support, once I see that you change some of your actions.
Thank you for all of your feedback in regards to, 'RocketOG's first post. However, this argument is unnecessary within the review section. RocketOG, thank you for your 'feedback', I'll do my best to take it into consideration. As far as I'm concerned, what has been said cannot be changed. However; we can move on from this situation and be mature about what has happened. Thank You Fell_In_Lava
