Personal Note: Making sure you don't oversell yourself and 'toote your own horn' too much is very important in applications such as this. Take this into consideration. Advantages: - The application structure is generally good. It's easy to read and follow; which is what everyone is aiming for when trying it create a thread. - A good amount of effort was put into the overall creation of the post, and I can appreciate that you've taken your time to try, and think of aspects of your personality that separates you from others on the server. - As you are young, you have plenty of time to learn from these mistakes. Disadvantages: - Colour in applications is a downfall, it makes the application seem immature and less professional. As I've stated on many applications. You can create the worlds best post without colours. It's the words that you put in that make the difference. - There is a lot of information in there that is irrelevant to being a moderator, or minecraft in general. For example, when you're talking about things that separate you from other moderators. Correct; the fact that you say you can code might make you unique compared to other mods. However, it's redundant information! It doesn't need to be in there as it has nothing it do with being a mod. - There is a lot of 'big headedness' in this application which needs to be toned down. Saying you're an extraordinary builder, skilled at coding etc are things you need to be modest about in these situations. I for one have been told that I'm an incredible builder, but it doesn't mean I tell everyone I come into contact with.- The mention of 'hacks', 'IRC' creations, 'Scripts', ' mods'; they are all negative attributes to your application. Suggestions: - Remove colours from your application as I believe they are irrelevant to the application process. (In my opinion) - Along with things to remove, the 'blowing your own horn' aspects. 'I'm an extraordinary builder', 'skilled at coding'. It's not needed in there to help you become a moderator.- Take out some of the unnecessary information that is in the post, for example the constant reminders that you say you've created 'hacks' etc. - Finally, add actual information in the section that you've titled, 'what separates me from other mods', that is relevant to being a mod. It's good that you've thought about trying to be unique; but inputting the right information is the next step. Judgement: Neutral
Neutral. I'll list somethings you can improve on below Add a bit more detail and info Be more active, I've never seen you in-game Don't rush it! Good luck!
I did not kill it but I backed out as I was getting known as the person that hacks rather than for my skills. It is not a rank in the actual RAF but it is a RAF training centre where you go before applying for the RAF. Thank you for your support.
'I did not kill it but I backed out as I was getting known as the person that hacks rather than for my skills.' Are you sure that this server wants someone that is previously know for creating modifications to programs and 'hacks'?
I did not use them myself I simply made them for other people and I was pay'd for it. To be honest I doubt PC gamers would recognise me as I only hacked xbox and on IRC clients. I do not see why people would discriminate and disapprove me for my past. Everyone has a past, some better than others; It's what makes you who you are.
You need to clarify aspects of your application such as this, otherwise people will get the wrong impression. Hence why I pointed it out.
There's a reason why I put it there, for people like you. I wanted to see who belittles themselves with little things from the past. In my opinion if you judge people on their past I don't care for their opinion and that's how it will stay.
Personal Note(s): Everyone is entitled to their opinion. "People like you" So, people who have gone out of their way to go into detail with constructive feedback on your moderator application? Also trying to categorise me is not the solution for the incompetence of putting in details of which are going to be looked at in a generally negative way. "who belittles themselves" I think you mean: 'I wanted to see who belittles me, with things from my past; of which I stated that I created 'Hacks' and 'Program Modifications'. "If you judge people on their past" If you would like to look back, prior to your immature and abrupt out cry of which had the intention of insulting me. I posted a fairly in depth analysis of your application. Followed by clarification of my comments as you failed to understand some that were said. "You need to clarify aspects of your application such as this, otherwise people will get the wrong impression. Hence why I pointed it out." This clearly states that I was asking for clarification on your application to stop people from "judging you on your past" as it were. If there are any other disputes you'd like to bring up with me, feel free.
I apologise if you thought that I was trying to insult you, I was simply pointing out that I do not care for opinions that are false accusations and that is not fact. For example if people accuse me of being a bad person for making hacks I won' even finish reading his/her post as I am not willing to read something that is based on assumption. In addition I would like to apologise if you thought I was trying to insult you. I respect your help and I am grateful for it. I did mean belittle themselves as I believe that if they are making assumptions they are genuinely making a fool of themselves and by doing this the belittle them self.
Haha ~Agent~ !! LOL!! XD !! This made my day! Also the funny thing is that he never replied to your post and he quit the refund chat.
