My Mod Application! Something I Need To Tell You; Just because I have a noobie rank on the forums does not mean I have just started the server. I have been on your server for 1 year or 2 and I know everything you need to know. The reason, why I have rank Noobie is because I just started on the forums for this application please take that into consideration if you read my mod application! Thank You For reading this hopefully, you will read the rest of my application too In Game Name: JustJackYT Which Timezone Are You In; I live in Kent which is the Southern-East Side Of The United Kingdom, So Probably Eastern Time. Which Languages Can You Speak; I Can Speak English, French {sort of XD}, German. I am hoping to learn more languages in the future Have You Ever Been Banned; I have never been banned on a server. I haven't been banned on a server because I don't scam, steal or betray or hack or any of those sorts of things. I do the opposite, I help people with commands and if they need any help doing something or needing an answer to their question I do, help them. Why Do You Think You Should Be A Mod; Well, as I said in the "Have You Ever Been Banned" Section, I help people with their problems, questions or need & when sometimes I offer help to people they tell me to get lost because they don't trust me since I am not a real mod . My other thought of why I think I should be a mod is because when I go on your server I only see one or two mods at a time and I feel that they always rush around and don't have anytime to play! So, my objectives are to help people as fast as I can, help mods who always rush around with people's need and to let people know that I am here to help and not just to mess up there island - since I don't do those sorts of things, I also want to make sure I am the most active mod I can be for your server How Long Can U Be Active On The Server; These are the days I can be online. Unfortunately, I have school so Monday - Friday will be a bit lower but anyways here s my timetable for it: Monday - Friday: 3:00 - 9:00 Saturday: 8:00 - 6:00 Sunday: 9:00 - 6:00 Please take into consideration that I have to go to school aswell. Thank You Any Past Experience; I have not had any experiences being a mod but one person from my primary school (Alfie Hull), had been a mod on a server - I can't remember the name - and he showed me everything I need to know about being a mod, and that's where my inspiration started of help others! Neutral. Yes it does matter if you are new to the forums by the way. If you became a moderator you would moderate the server and the forums. It is a two way job. Also I noticed many grammar mistakes so re read your work. There is also no passion or anything to say that you are unique on the server and compared to others, so but a little more love and care into it. Say how you are friendly to others and not biased. Other than that your mod app is very good and just become used to the forums because you need to be very active on this and the server and help out on both. Best of luck~
Advantages: - Well done for not using colour on your application! This is a big positive when reading through applications! - Another well done for using the template to the best of your ability! This is the first step to getting your application considered. - The layout is pretty decent, along with the positive exit of the application. Making sure you thank people for reading an application is important! Disadvantages: - There is a substantial amount of grammatical errors within your application that need to be attended to before the reading process can become slightly easier. Along side this point, you don't need to write 'My Mod Application' at the top of the thread as everyone who clicks on the post will be able to see the username. Its just an unnecessary additive . - There wasn't a great amount of detail within one of the most important sections, 'why should you be a moderator?', this aspect of your application needs to be amended as the majority of threads with similar bearing are practically ignored. - You've added reasons to why you haven't been banned, but this is just 'filler' information. You don't need to state reasons why people don't get banned. Its just unneeded. - Not knowing your own time zone isn't too great, but we're in 'GMT'. Suggestions: - Add information that contains more details of if you hypothetically became a mod, then what would make you different; if not a better moderators comparing yourself to the 'rest'. - Make sure you get someone to externally read your application that will be able to pick up on mistakes that you have missed yourself. - Edit out the unnecessary information that I've listed above.
