Right. You basically need to write an essay for this section. All I learn from this is that you have played minecraft for a period of time (How long have you been on the server?) and that you are mature and helpful. You can make a list of qualifications with titles in this section and explain to us HOW you are helpful, and mature. And maybe list more qualifications like :
.honesty
.loyalty
.maturity
.experience
.kindness
.helpful
.willing
.not biased
.responsible
.etc
Read some other mod apps if you want to get ideas what to write, BUT DO NOT COPY!

Why did you have to delete it? Correct grammar mistakes. Maybe say something like:
.I don't, but I feel I am suitable for this position, and can help improve the server .

Also add an intro to tell us a little bit about you, and become used to the forums (you are new ) This job means moderating the server AND the forums. Also please add your country in the title (uk, usa, can, aus, other)
