Lovely to meet you, ma'am. Nicely formatted post as well, good job.
Have you looked into signing up for LinkedIn? You seem extremely well versed in linking your professional qualifications and promoting your personal brand.
That is seriously impressive. The Foreign Service Institute ranks Mandarin as one of the hardest languages to learn as a non-native speaker. I know the military desperately recruits Mandarin speakers because they literally cannot keep them for very long.
Alright, I'm curious: Take immediate action and do what...? I'm going to guess you make the moderators "not busy". But I'm really hoping you have some sort of vigilante superheroine back story here ma'am.
I understand the example you're trying to give here and I commend you for it.
But not completely honest? So like... 95%? 99%? This actually is not a bad thing, very few people are required to always be perfectly truthful. Like lawyers.
There it is! I knew you'd come through, this application has impressed me from the start ma'am. Much credit to you.
I'm already sold on your credentials and personal experience. You don't need the personal backstories, ma'am-- leave that in your introduction.
That's a lot of hardworking constant-ness to describe. I understand your point: You're willing to put in extra time and follow through on a job.
While I barely get paid at all! The world is a cruel place. ^_^
This is circular, ma'am. If something is not complete you'll complete it regardless of the time it takes. "Trying possibly the best" is odd phrasing, but we understand what you meant.
You are doing a darn fine job so far. One of the best applications I've read and I'm ignoring how oddly your sentence was phrased.
A lot of people say this without understanding there are various "levels" of seriousness. To a kiddo that just threw his pickax off the island his problem is incredibly urgent and deeply upsetting-- but compare that to the guy on the next island over that logged in to find his entire island reset. One of these things needs to be taken a lot more seriously than the other, but both players will claim that their issue is more important. In the military we call this "perception attention".
(glances at times, skips) Seems like you'll be online a bit. Looks good.

Student council? Football captain? Fundraiser chair? Youth counselor? "Moderator" in this context just means "Can you handle a ton of people/problems at once??" Any leadership position where you have to manage an angry group of idiots would probably help here ma'am.

I certainly hope not, steel is a very hard metal. Other than that, good to know.

This is normal communication. You talk, pause for a response and then consider the response. This is the first OODA loop we learn from infancy, not getting impatient and shouting at someone for how slow they talk is considered polite, common behavior ma'am.

Tolerance is a very nice thing to have. However don't let them run all over you in the name of being "compassionate"--some screw-ups are instantly bang out of order and untolerated. The hard part is sorting out the habitual minor offenders from the completely unintentional idiots. Good luck weeding that garden, Strawberry Shortcake.

You achieve these goals every single day and go to bed happy?? Send me your address, I'm going to sleep on your doorstep until you accept me as your pupil. I want to learn how you came to be this way. Most of us spend our lives trying to get just a couple personal goals finished (and usually failing). Tell me your secret.

This sentence broke me harder than a crash test dummy with an addiction to train wrecks. Skipping.

You can't be "fair" to everyone, because everyone has a different definition for what they consider equal treatment. But you can enforce the rules and make judgment calls; so far you seem like a person that could handle that ma'am.

Good application.. But I'm going to have to say 70-60% support.

    REASONS
~ Minimal spelling errors (Can be fixed)
~ Have never seen you online (Time-zones?)
~ There are a few sections where you seem like you got bored

This is overall a good application, and I will change my amount of support after a bit of editing. Best of luck to you, you seem like a wonderful person to have as Moderator.
