You need to message Cypriotmerks directly to get your code, Click on his name or his avatar and you will then see an option to 'Start a conversation'
Once you have the code you need to go to shop.skyblock.net to use it, while shopping you will see a field in which to enter the coupon code.
Drogo isn't too sure but you may have to use it all in one transaction. Drogo was speaking to someone who won last month and they said that they spent $10 but when the entered their code another day to spend the other $15, the code was invalid. May need a mod or Cyp to confirm this.

 

and what if i go directly on the server and type /buy and choose what i want ?

 

You can do that too. When you select the item you want to buy, it will come up with a link for you to click on. When you click on that you will see quite clearly where to enter the coupon code. The value of the coupon will be deducted from the total.
Note that there is currently a sale on which ends at the end of today, so /buy will show you the full price, but the actual price will be less 20%
