Thank you for the feedback ;)

If you don't mind, I would like to clarify some things.

"Phrases like "I grew up learning this" and "In my experience" tend to sound awkward from someone that lost their baby teeth two years ago."

When I said "I grew up learning this," I meant that my parents taught me that and I've been learning that for 14 years. It might not be a long time to you since you are older, but to me, it is my whole life. As for the "In my experience," I was talking about my experiences in life, but mainly on skyblock. I have been playing skyblock for 2 years, and I know a lot about it. I am not really saying my experiences in life, as I am not that old to have that much experience. ;)

"You love the good, you love the bad, you love everything and everyone all the time."

Sorry, I didn't mean to be misleading. I did not mean that I love everything and anyone. I meant that I enjoy skyblock and I love playing it. I enjoy helping the people on it who are confused. I never said that I love the bad people. I only stated that I will respect their decisions, but if they are making harmful ones, they will be punished. I dislike many things, but skyblock is not one of them. I will take the part off of my introduction so I don't mislead anyone else.

"An adult somewhere paid $250+ for you. I am not sure you're aware of the effort that goes into things if a quarter grand in cash is casually tossed on your hobby. Are you aware you're signing up for an unpaid thirty hour a week job handling horrific people like this?"

First, I would like to say that an adult did not pay for my donor. I paid for it fully by myself. I saved up my money and bought it because I enjoyed playing on the server. I am aware of how much money I put into skyblock as I worked for that money. Second, I am aware of what I am signing up for. If I didn't think I was capable of handling it, I wouldn't apply. I think I would enjoy dealing with bad people and helping out the good. Oh, by the way, the link doesn't work :p

"As of right now you only have a single supporter old enough to have graduated high school."

Ah, this. Well, the server is made up of mostly people who haven't graduated high school. I cannot get a lot of supports from people who have, as not many exist. I would rather have supports from those who play skyblock rather than those who don't. As I said, this server is full of high schoolers and below. I don't think that is a fair point.

"This entire application reads as if someone with a pre-college English major co-wrote it."

Aw, this is so nice! I actually wrote this by myself. (You saying that boosts my ego :D) I didn't have anyone proof read this, only I did. I guess Advanced English helped. :p

"You cannot love all people and all things 100% of the time. That requires heavy medication or a psychological condition. Neither can you be the personal caregiver to thousands of players' issues every day."

As I already stated above, sorry for misleading you. I sincerely didn't mean to, and will delete that right away to make sure no more confusion happens. As for the caregiver comment, I know. That is why there is more that one mod. I will try my best to help out those who need it while I am online, though.

"The example you gave about using your personal items to 'reimburse' scammed players actually concerns me deeply--This seems wonderful, but it also sounds like you've been given so much for free that tossing it out to random people means nothing to you. No effort spent gaining things, so no worries giving it out?"

I am not tossing out things to random people. I am giving it to people who have lost their items. I spent so much time trying to get what other people need. You obviously don't know how much time I put into collecting, selling, and buying things to help out other people. It took a lot of effort. As for the "no worries giving them out" part, yes. I have my worries. Worries that people will take advantage. That is why I don't refund big losses. I am only trying to help out those who actually need stuff refunded. People who when they lose 5 grass, they lose a lot. I have a template for a reason. As for me not needing proof, that is the point of me refunding people. Mods cannot refund those who don't have proof. I am trying to refund people who lost things and cannot get them back. To new people, a couple of diamonds means so much to them. I have not been giving out that much free stuff. I am only giving out stuff to people who I think truly could use the items.

"I recognize I can come across as overly harsh; please don't take it personally. You requested I give you feedback on this, Ms. Fun, and I took an hour of my time and gave it serious attention."

It is okay, I won't take it personally. Thank you so much for the feedback and your time doing so. I thought it would be right to give a proper clarification post. Thanks you

As for this, I didn't mean that you had to give criticism, I only wanted your feedback ;)

It was a player search on someone called "FindMe" and their recent North Korea impersonation towards Ginger. Just wanted to impress upon you that the position you're seeking comes with an army of dedicated trolls that play "HateCraft" twenty-four hours a day. If and when you get moderator you will have your own little "FindMe".
Let me reverse that so you can see why you made me smile: "Older people are rare and barely exist so I can't get support from them. I'd rather have support from the people who play Skyblock the most: The young kids." I laughed, +1 for a glimpse into your worldview ma'am.

Advanced English did indeed help, and excellent job. I've hired contractors with less communication skills than you to be overseers on $8M government facilities. You may want to cut down on your emoticon usage and exclamation points if you'd like to sound more serious. :);):stoned::shifty::pP:pomp::bag:!!!

Just tossing in some caution. Volunteer burnout is a real thing-- just glancing at the sheer firehose-like volume of players ripping through the server would make me gun shy about wanting to wrestle with it. Don't go into it thinking you're responsible for everything. Work at a pace you're not stressed about: You're not these kid's mom and you don't have to make all the stubbed toes go away.

I do understand. You've spent literally 1/28th of your entire, actual life collecting these things and you're using them to make people feel better about their two days' lost effort. That is a pretty significant gift, I sincerely hope these people truly understand you've giving them a piece of your life you'll never get back.

The burden of proof is there to stop little weasels from taking advantage of you (as a Mod). Understand the need for that sort of "checkpoint" or you're going to drown in a flood of every Tom, Jack and Jane that tosses their pickax off the island.

My feedback is you're well-spoken for your age, but inexperienced in personnel management and accurately gauging the scope of a job. Those last two things aren't your fault, and you only gain experience by giving your best shot at them.

Therefore, FULL SUPPORT and may you always live in interesting times.

Don't take any sh-t off these kids, and remember it's not your responsibility to solve their every little scraped knee, ma'am.
