It doesn't seem right that donor400's get to pick a Cyp and Crew head because they were legit prestigious items you could get that you couldn't pay for/buy.

 

You bought a house today for $300k, after a week the price went down to $200k. You obviously can't go back to the previous owner and demand the lost money back, you knew what you signed for at that time.

That's life, accept it.

I got Donor400 last week. I picked a Dragon Egg as my item. I didn't know that I could have had a Cyp or a NC head and in all honesty, I'm not in the slightest bit bothered. I wanted a Dragon Egg because it was what it was. You make your choice and you live with it. If anything the item was coincidental to the reason for donating - its to support the community and help the server survive.
If everyone moaned about what they may or may not have had 6 months ago the server would be gone in a month.

Yea true, i traded my eframe for a drag egg to switch things up (and make a profit) it wouldnt be fair to not have to trade to switch things up. Also, prices varry so it wouldnt be fair to get an item worth 300 then it goes down to 200 then ask for a new one worth 400 (dias that is). Lastly new items such as dragon heads will eventually come into the economy (cyp has confirmed to me) which means that not only the swapping for an item of greater value comes into play itd make the value of that item left henceforth making it unfair for new donors who get that item.

I completely agree with what the others have said. While I would love to get another noobcrew or cypriotmerks head for free, we have to realize that times change. Even the economy: if you want to think about it economically, when you got donor400 end portal frames were extremely rare--probably as rare or rarer than cypriotmerks heads right now . Besides, as I believe Freddo said, the real people that should be worrying are those that acquired crew and cyp heads before this happened. For you, as more are introduced into the economy, their prices will go down. All the rich people that have always wanted crew/cyp heads will be placated, and then the demand will plummet. Just be patient.

And all that aside, what's the problem with Cyp changing his mind? It certainly makes donor400 more appealing, so more people will donate--and thus the server will benefit. I see no problem.

The funniest part of all this is how you're living up to your username and profile picture by being all whiny.
The only way I would support this was if you gave your old creative item back, but even then it's something that would take time and isn't that big of a deal. I'll take my rude rating now

anyhow, how would we prove what our creative item was, though? I could give back my "dragon egg", get a crew head, and voila: now I have my original end frame and a crew head. On the flipside, what about new donor400s? Maybe they would take advantage of something like that, pretending that they ignorantly got an end frame--after a refund, they'd then have two crew heads.

 

I'm not exactly a donor400 so I'm not sure if I should comment here, but if you look at the big picture this thread seems like a complaint fest about what others have and others don't. If you look at life in general you can see, things are unfair and some people have things that others don't. But in the real world you don't see those people making posts or complaining, if that person wants that something enough, they are going to try to get it by working for it. Donald_Trump I've seen you in-game and it seems like you have a decent amount of diamonds and rares and such, so if you want a head maybe try to get one by spending some of that stuff. Lets not sit here and complain, and make a suggestion to get things for free, lets instead try doing something Donald Trump would really do; he would go out and make him some more money.

Nope, you have to deal with people changing their minds. If nothing ever changed in net, the whole server would be dead with no players. If you're upset you didn't have a chance to get a head, and you aren't rich enough to buy another donor400 or a head (which doesn't make that much sense you're a donor400, just save up), then deal with it. In general I don't see the point of rares or heads since the prices change and you can't buy something simple like a DC of something with a head that costs 80 diamonds (ex. creeper head). That's just my opinion on rares in general.
