The problem is not with minecraft, it's purely with the payment company that skyblock.net uses to take payment. It has nothing to do with logging in, the accounts or even the game. Hope this helps.
but it may be because its case sensative, because there are other accounts with the same name like, alot of people would try to have stuff like NotcH NotCh NOTCH nOtCH and so on... but its still not Notch
