i bought a donor 50 and i didnt receive it

    i bought a donor50 rank just yesterday and didn't receive anything for it. my friend bought a donor 25 around the same time and already got it. if anyone could help me because i already tried restarting my game. my minecraft gamer tag is Blizzardwind2003

    Do you have an e-mail as proof and maybe the Transaction ID as well?
    If so, put it in (hide) EMAIL/ID (/hide) and replacing the ( ) with [ ]

    no i wasnt the one to buy it, my grandpa got for me for christmas and i already asked him to copy and send a link to me with the reciept
