5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I am sure that the mod is correct. He stated the reason as "Major Scamming" I do not remember scamming anyone, I was actively trading with several players yesterday and thought I traded the correct items and amounts. If I could have more details from the Lemonade to refresh my memory it would be greatly appreciated. I have ADHD and it causes me to forget at times, do to not being able to focus. Please, I am not using ADHD as an excuse. My dad will work with me to assist me to never violate any of the server rules again.
   
6. Was this an incorrect ban? I am sure that Lemonade is correct in banning me. I have always felt he is a dedicated moderator.
   
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I have never been banned from any MC Server
   
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I have participated in Skyblock Survival Server for some time and have not ever received a warning. I try very hard to respect authority, without exception. My dad will monitor and offer his assistance so that I am never banned again.

Lemonade I never got the items except 2 grass I think I cant remember. I must of miss spoken or typed something wrong but I never got any of the items only 2 grass I think and if I do have the items ill return them but I am pretty sure that I Didn’t get anything except 2 grass.

Lemo ... this is Hal (pjsdad1947) I know it is not permitted for me to speak on Paul's behalf and that is not my intention! I too am most interested in what is best for the server and will not offer any excuses for my sons actions as there are none ... in fact I may revoke his ability to participate ever again in ANY online game server until he reaches adult status. I am truly sorry for his actions and it may take some time but I will repay the offended player to the full extent. I want to unban you to get the refunded items and leave you on a prohibition tempban for roughly one-two weeks as a fair punishment.
Can you please list the first six rules of the server here in your own words?

 

1. dont grief steal or bridge to other islands or you will GET BANNED lose your island and if u have a rank you will get downgraded
2. Dont ask staff for items or thier positoins
3.dont spam or promote/advertise
4.dont create new islands just so u can get the dirt/bucket/resources and trade them
5.dont Scam
6.dont hack

First of all I pray you had a joy filled Christmas and a prosperous New Year! I am very confused, I too have been wondering about this whole situation. I reviewed the images and while they do implicate Paul, there is one image that confuses me. One capture is supposed to show by the text the items being dropped to Paul while in F1; I tried to duplicate and one can see the items dropped in the capture. I am not ignoring Paul's apparent intent as shown in the text captures. This is not the way Paul was raised he always admitted to his wrongs and I tell you honestly he has never lied to his mother or I. I have been concerned that his game life has replaced his participating in real life has been increasing. The intent he showed it his attempting to scam another player was the last straw and all gaming for him has been stopped.

One more comment/question ... There are parts of this situation that I am unable to view but am sure you could ... You are wise in looking to the inventory of the other player. It appears that he is not even a donor yet it appears that he have massed a great deal of wealth. How long has he been a player, (i am not asking you to reply to this or any question about the player). However it is one you may ask.

Lem I am truly not attempting to justify Paul's actions his intent was obvious I will continue to search for the items there is but one chest I have not searched.

Thank you for your response. I have already interrogated the "scammed" player and checked his inventory, enderchest, and his whole island. I do see that only some grass was dropped, which is where I can see some confusion on PJacob's part of only 3 grass dropped. This leads me to think that it is either a misunderstanding, a forgetful moment, or just something that someone is hiding that I would need to know. I'm currently waiting for an update from the scammed player to see if more screenshots are included, and my apologies this is taking so long. I just need all the proof he could potentially have before I make a decision regarding PJacob's punishment and the severity of it.

 

Hal here ... Thanks Lemonade! I understand and pray that this is the most difficult decision you have to make ... but then I do realize that there is a learning process with each decision you make... with that in mind I hope you have many more challenges in your future.

A side note not important really I too have served as moderator and admin on several servers while some decisions are easy many are not. Someday I would love to support and serve this server in anyway that I can .. however I need to learn much to even begin an application as I am not as familiar with game servers.

I will watch and learn!!!
