While staff the first time you talked crap about the administration and caused drama.
Making a false persona to gain a staff rank?!?! Beyond words...

There is no amount of activity in game or apology that will gain you my support. You don't deserve another chance when there are so many still waiting to be given a first.

I know how hard it is to be a regular player after having been staff. It's so frustrating on a multitude of levels. I don't even know if there is any "going back" to just playing after being staff and that goes on any server. I know I can't. The lack of control and inability to solve situations is always on my mind. "You need help '___'?" is a reaction that is embedded in me now. I feel sorry for you and where you are now. I am an empathetic person, but empathy doesn't change the lack of trust.

Not surprised to see you apply again.
Cyp will never give you the chance again no matter how many times you apply.
Trust is something you earn. You will never get that back from him.

Trust is something you earn, and actions speak louder than words. I can't take back what I did or said, and whether or not if I get the position or not, I am not going to give up. You cannot speak for him yourself either. I know what I did was wrong and it is more of a small thing that was done, but still, you're not one to say " Cyp will never give you the chance again no matter how many times you apply.
Trust is something you earn. You will never get that back from him.", because unfortunately you're not him. Thank you for your feedback and reply, although it might not seem like it, it's appreciated.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
I have had a few temp-bans here and there from console, and I have been banned once by Kerahna which was resolved and another time as to when I was demoted the first time, I was banned by Cyp himself then was unbanned a week later. I was also temp-banned for doing an illegal trade, I had posted an amnesty and as a punishment I had received a week ban.

Why I was demoted:
I was demoted the first time for saying something I really shouldn't have said. I learned from that mistake and then was given a second chance at mod again. I then resigned due to school back in January 2015. I then came back in February 2015 and then I was demoted on April 14th 2015. I was demoted for leaking chat messages between Cyp and I into the mod chat, I learned that this was a large mistake, and I've learned from it. On top of that I was messing around on a player's island when I should of been doing my job. No excuse can pardon me from those actions. I made the mistake and learned from it.

For everyone wondering, and was/am TheCarrotThief. I thought that running away from my mistakes would make things better, and it didn't. I ended up getting moderator on the account, and three days later Cypriot found out that it was me. He asked me if I was Dewmellon, and I answered him honestly. He then removed my rank and left. I do feel bad for lying, but as Carrot I never once abused my power.

Why I am applying:
I know a lot of you are going to be shocked to even see me post this, but I really do care about this server. I know that everyone's feedback is not going to be positive, but I am still willing to try. This time... I won't run away as a different person or give up this time. I know I've done things since my demotion. It's more of I was convinced that I'd never get the chance to come back, but what changed that was, well... Stel. She told me that I could do it. She gave me that leap of faith.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
This community will forever be my home. I could never really just simply leave it. I always will have that passion for helping people. Even though I am not on good terms with everyone here in this community, I still accept everyone. I truly love this community. I will admit it, I haven't been giving myself a good name lately, and I am ashamed of myself and of my actions. I hope to show you guys that I am trying my best to start over again.

I love this community. I love the people in it, and I will continue to play on it and do as much as I can to help. I was demoted the first time for saying somethings I should have never said. As I still to this day regret saying those things. I had left (resigned) because I was falling so far behind in school, Cypriot welcomed me back as soon as my IRL issues were fixed. April 14th I was demoted. I was upset that it happened, and I didn't find out till a week or so after. I was demoted for leaking chat messages between Cyp and I. As well as me not doing my job. I was Trolling around on GizzBots island, as I meant no harm at all. I only was messing around, and now looking back on those actions, I was extremely wrong. I regret my actions. I truly do. Now here I am sitting on skyblock as I watch the chat spam, and people continuing to need help. Not being able to help this community hurts. I think about it, and realize how much I truly lost, so here I am again, applying.

The server has always benefited off of my activity. I strove to get to each single person as fast and as calmly as possible. I am active everyday for at least 9 hours, at least. I am always on top of my game, making sure things get done the way they're needed to be done. I make sure that things are done the right way, and if I am not sure, I am not afraid to seek for advice or help from other members of the staff team. As I know asking others for their opinions and advice is always helpful.

I have been playing skyblock for little over a year now. My experience and knowledge about the server also means you won't be hiring an inexperienced moderator. I know how to work log block, and other mod commands, as well as know the answers to many others questions. I will admit, each day I moderated, I learned something that I didn't know. When I was back moderating, I'd ask other mods questions, yes, I don't know everything, but I do know most things, and if I get lost along the way, I will have the members of the staff team to help pull me along.

When you apply for moderator, you must know that it's not all fun and games, and it isn't. When it comes to moderating I take ever bit of it seriously. As to the video you can see, I slacked off and made that mistake, but I have learned from that mistake. As a moderator, you're dedicating your free or spare time to assist others, with no reward in return. Being a moderator, you must have one of many things, that I have found to be one of the most important things. That is integrity. The exact definition of integrity is, the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Ever since I was younger, I have taken in integrity from others, and decided to give back myself.

Respect goes a long way for me. I feel that being the mature person in an issue and standing down is always the right thing. I will admit, I am not 100% loved, or liked. Not everyone likes me, and I can respect that, because in life you're not going to be liked by everyone. I don't like bullying. I dislike it strongly. Yes, bullying is going to happen, each and everyday, but as a mod I will try my best to make sure that person is alright and making sure that they're taken care of the best way to make sure this doesn't happen again. As I know issues happen each and every day. People are insulted, each and everyday, and it's wrong, and some people will think that it's a game, that if someone really gets offended over something over the internet they shouldn't be on it. It doesn't matter, words are words, and they still hurt.

I value being very fast at typing, and so this means I can answer people's questions quickly. I remember being a non-donor trying to help others in chat and being so slow at typing, I remember trying to beat Supapah in typing and just couldn't. Now I just am about as equal as her or just a little more faster then her. What I believe that being able to type fast, means if someone is advertising I can type the ban quickly, without the spam in the chat. As well with spam bots. Spam bots spam, so much and it's so very fast, as people get annoyed with it, and as a mod you have to ban each spam bot a a single time. Which means you must type fast to ban the spam bots. People that are spamming in chat, or using profanity, and need to be kicked or muted, that will come in handy as well, as It will keep the chats clean and G-Rated.

Having this loyalty and being devoted to one thing is more powerful then anything. I am always on top of my game, meaning that I do what needs to be done, no matter how hard it is. When it comes to banning friends and people that I have had issues with in the past. I handle the issues without being bias. I have lost many friendships due to banning people, and it's just something that had to be simply be done. If a friend wants to not understand the fact that I was only doing my job, then they're not a real friend. When times call for desperate measures, I will do what I have to do.

Treating others fairly is something that should be done no matter what rank you are, or how close you are to the mods, or even Cypriot himself. I know that if someone is doing something wrong and they get caught, they will be banned, and they will be treated just like anyone else. No matter what donor rank you are, we all should be treated fairly is what I believe and that is how it will be when handling bans and ban appeals.

Honesty is something that means a whole lot to me. If you're honest to me, and willing to admit your wrong doings, you will have my respect. I am honest. I will not tell a lie. If I try to hold something back, it's nearly impossible for me to. Now when it comes to keeping private information. I am not one to leak. Although my demotion takes part of 'leaking' in my eyes it wasn't really leaking. The messages were only to the staff members. Which I do realize that it wasn't there place to know what was going on leading to other issues that had happened in the chat. As to why I apologize for doing that, and it will not happen again.

Being a moderator is something that I loved doing and it's something that I wanna get back to doing. I know some of you are probably thinking, it's her third time. She'll probably just get demoted again, but I want you guys to know that mistakes happen, and mistakes are supposed to be things you learn from, and if you don't make mistakes, then you'll never learn. Which as many of you should know, I have learned my lesson. As having mod isn't candy. It's not something to mess around with, it's something that means a lot to me, as each time I have been demoted I've come back, because making other people smile and trying to make things better, for the server is what I enjoy doing. As being given another chance, would mean the world to me. As I wasn't fully thinking about the time when I have leaked messages between Cyp and I. I felt that it wasn't that big of a deal, but I thought wrong. As for the GizzBots, Trolling issue. I can't take back what was done. As Everything that was done, was only a friendly tease. It was taken as much more then that, and now I have to sit with the punishment, and as for the whole Carrot issue, I wanted nothing but a clean slate, but I realized that running away from my mistakes is not going to fix anything. I want to once again apologize to anyone that was hurt or offended by my actions in the past.

I personally want to thank you guys for reading this, and I know I have a lot to work on, and I will continue to work on myself each and everyday. I will accept all sorts of feedback, I just do ask that there are no flaming arguments on here. Once again, thank you for reading.
