basically I traded my 2015 pump head, which I got legit, for 9 beacons from MastaMischief, I did not know he was a duper, then cyp took my 9 beacons after because they were duped by MastaMischief. so now I have not got the beacon nor the head. this is super unfair as I lost a pump head which I earned (it was the first ever festive head I got from a dp), can I please have a refund on the head? I even have proof of owning it

 

On our island, all the chests were deleted. Poof, everything gone. Lol
