Hello people, before i begin, the last time i joined Skyblock was back in 2012, and i finally came back in 2015 December to check out for a second.

The vote kick is a KICK from the server & maybe tempban for 5 minutes?

First of all my suggestion might be stupid but without further ado, let's get into the reasons why there should be /votekick (or something like that)

#1 - To prevent your chat from flooding with the same messages repeatedly
#2 - To let Skyblock have a clean and conducive environment for chatting
#3 - We won't need to spam Moderator for help again on forums to come on the server when they're busy
#4 - We will have lesser reports regarding people that are sending same message indiscriminately for either a short or long period of time.

Should /votekick be implemented, we've to /votekick CONFIRM to prevent faultless players from getting kicked.
How? Maybe the access will only be given to Donators, (such as Skygod, Donor100) Because, who the heck wants to donate so much money and get banned from the server from abusing these comments?

And, yes, i know this is a waste of time typing. It is a 0.1% chance CypriotMerks would see these, because i disturbed him so much a few years ago that i doubt he would even see my suggestion.

Believe me, players will donate just for this command to abuse it.
It should be given to moderators if anything, but a chat filter would work better.

But as for chat filter, they could just add in extra alphabets/numbers to spam and adding more punctuation to have it all caps. Lemonade

 

Or you can have a posh one with extra security and accuracy, so that way people won't bypass it

Great way to encourage group bullying, this would be abused so much. No way.

Uhh, how about a vote where mods see that the people voted for a kick? This could be abused. But, a vote kick could report spammers to get mods' attention.

 

What you're trying to say is when a certain amount of people do /votekick player, the person will be kicked? And why just donors, lmao, donors are the same as greenbeans, they can still be immature, and abuse this, despite their rank.
People will just ask others to do /votekick, and by some point, the person'll get kicked.

Firstly, to point out, you should make the command a bit more clear. The way you explained it sounds more like the /kick command than an entirely new command. Is it a kick after a certain amount of votes? Please be more clear. Secondly, as stated so many times above, this can be abused; even if it's just for donors. There are more than enough people I know of that may abuse the command if they were given it. Lastly, the ability to implement this. I did some Googling and found that this does exist, though. The Bukkit description states that admins have to go through a log just to see all the bans and kicks, more work for Cypriot and Crew, is it not? May be useful on smaller servers, but not here. There is way too much potential of abuse. With that being said, No support.
