So I force restarted the laptop to its factory settings, because there were too many issues with it.
Basically when the setup happens, I get an error message, and once I follow the steps, it just loops and it never doesn't anything, it's always the same.
"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, abd then restart the installation."
I've tried force restarting it again, and it does the same thing or sometimes when it is doing the whole restarting, it fails, and will no longer finish that restart, so I have to do it again. This has been an ongoing thing for about 4 days now. If anyone knows anything or has any tips, let me know plspls

Do you have another computer you can use?
I recommend making a bootable CD or USB drive for windows installation using another computer (you can download a program from microsoft's website that helps you make one of these) and then plug it into your laptop. If it still does not automatically boot from that drive you need to go into the BIOS settings and change the boot order to start with whatever drive you're trying to install from.

This means that there's a recovery error in your files. You probably have moved an important file into another one meaning that it could most likely be deleted but your computer is identifying that it's not in your correct folder, atleast that's what could be happening.

Ah, I see, idk, it has done this before, and I've just ignored it and force restarted it using alt + F10 and it normally works after a few restart errors, but this time it's not the case, it won't do it, it has been broken for 5 days or so. :/

Or it could be the HDD/SSD failing.

Usually when Windows set up fails its either:
    1) Bad media (Eg. CD/USB) - to fix this you need to try another disc/USB stick
    2) Bad hardware - you can try running the memory scanner built into the windows set up disc, or a harddisk diagnostic utility.

With many, many full restarts, I managed to get one of them to work completely without breaking. This may be locked, and I thank you all for leaving your replies, means a lot to me.

That still doesn't fix the issue that there's something wrong with the laptop that needs fixing.
