    I bumped my application too much. But as a few people have said it is the quality of your application and other factors that influence your selection, not if you are bumping and at the top all the time. The limit on bumping would be hard to enforce due to things like legit posting in the thread for a particular reason. It is up to the admin to decide on who gets selected so it should not matter on the constant bumping.

    Eh, I think that the amount of times a player is willing to bump their own app is another thing Cyp looks at when choosing mods. I say no bump limit.
