Hello My Name Is Erratic and This Is my T-Mod Application Some Backround- I was once canhay, I griefed, scammed, and bridged a lot. Enough to get me Perm-Banned. With a lot of convincing and re-trys thanks to the generous mods I stopped and vowed never to break any rules again. So far its been 6 months and I decided to make this application to help people who were like me and set them straight. Even though I might not be the most trustful player on this server my past is my past and it is behind me. Your in-game name:Erratic How old are you? I am 14 years old. I speak fluent turkish, and english but with only 3 semesters of spanish I cannot label my self as fluent in that language. Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)Yes for many reasons. Why do you think you should be a mod? Its not really why I think I should be mod its why the players on skyblock think I should be mod. But since I have to go with the format. 1)Respectful - This is a huge part of being a moderator. Putting priority over everything. If someone asks me to help them either it be a Non-Donor or the most popular player on the server I will attend the most urgent one. 2)Organized- I keep everything according to date, this will play a huge part in helping me find evidence. Im not to the point where I have everything in alphabetical order but if I need something ill find it quick. 3) Experienced- With over 2 1/2 years of my life spent on this server I know what right and whats not. Knowing this server in and out will play a huge part in me being helpful to the players in this game. 4)Maturity- Even if I crack a few mindless jokes I can be serious and not fool around. I did act like a kid a lot but I have grown out of that old self. 5) Forum Activity- I am always on the forums in school, on the road, on the toilet. I can tend to people reports while tending to my own business. 6)Patience - Tending to 400+ people at once even if you have multiple mods on at once is quite a struggle. People making ate responses requesting help, not speaking properly can tick of a lot of people but I know I will keep my cool. 7)Dedication- I have a mindset which If I try hard enough on one thing I will accomplish it. I will always be loyal to this server because its been that for me 8)Strict - There are many young players on this server that dont seem to grasp the rules very well and dont follow them (the type of a player i was a long time ago). You have to show them that rules and rules and you dont make them you enforce them. 9)Forgiving - To be a mod you have to be struct but that dosent mean you have to always be like that. If someone breaks the rules, does something bad and you ban them and they make a sincere nice apology with NO lies then you cant unban the player. 10) Sharp - You have to be able to see conections between things. If someone gets scammed for 2 beacons and a other new account suddenly has 2 beacons for sale it takes some wit to see what is going on. 11) Adaptable - Every day the server changes and you have to be able to still help run it. Illegals become legal, new rules are made, changed and deleted. You still have to know what to do and how to do it. 12) Helpful - Theres not much you can do in chat when someone is got scammed and theres no mods on but its sometimes the little things that count. Either it be someone asking for repairs, 1 grass or how to do something I almost always reply and help. Sometimes when im really busy then I cannot but I try my best! 13) Good memory - When youre a mod with a hundred messages in your inbox about reports and proof of trades you have to know what happened to who. You cant mix it up and start talking to the wrong person about them breaking a rule you have to know who did what. 14) Confidence - Its a proven fact that people with higher confidence have a higher succes rate in anything because they believe in themselves and know they can do it. Just like me I believe having all these traits and my experience on this server can make me a very good mod but its up to whoever supports me. How long can you be active on the server every day? Monday- 4:00-7:30 Tuesday- 3:30-8:30 Wednesday-4:00-7:30 Thursday-3:30-8:30 Friday-4:00-7:30 Saturday-10:00- 3:00/ All Day Sunday- 7:30-10:00/All Day These Times are not down to the minute just a rough estimate. If I ever do become mod then it will be based on my assignments in school and might change a little bit. Do you have any past experience as a moderator?I was a small moderator on my own server with basic plugins and commands. My past isn't the brightness, half way making this I questioned myself if anyone will even pay attention to it.
