I think that people that have been banned for stuff like Griefing or Scamming should have a tag r prefix that says GRIEFER or SCAMMER for 1-6 months after the got an appeal depending on how much/bad it was.

This should be implemented to help prevent people from griefing/scamming and prevent people from getting griefed/scammed.

 

No. This can lead to public humiliation, and not everyone stays the same after punished. Nobody wants [Griefer], or [Scammer] right beside their name.

 

Being banned is punishment enough imo. If they appeal and get the privilege of being unbanned, I don't think they should have to play with a humiliating prefix next to their name.

No support. Not only would this be humiliating, but it is also not needed. Think about it, imagine if you just scammed 1 god item from a player. You are banned for a certain amount of time and when you are back and have learned your lesson, you have to carry that "scammer" prefix around for 1-6 months. In my opinion, that doesn't sound very fair.

 

Absolutely no support. I think this would be a horrible idea because of the humiliation. The mods trusted them enough to unban them. They don't need to be overwhelmed.

Yeah... changing to literally nada support. This creates embarrassment and makes them lose their privilege of exchanging with others. I don't want to start flame but, this is one of the worst suggestions I've seen so far. Do you know how many people are reporting/appealing? The Appeal section gets many threads each day and when they get accepted, the player has to live with a dumb prefix? No, just no. Being banned is good enough for them to learn their lesson like people in jail. Honestly, I think it would create server hate. Once people find out they have this such prefix, they freak out and blame Cyp for adding it. So as you can see, this suggestion is not going to happen AT ALL.

 

no support, nobody want a humiliating prefix. With the prefix, no one would trade with them and they would have it hard. People would make fun of them. When mods unban people, they are pretty much trusting them. There is no need to make people feel bad. This is a server to enjoy life, not to humiliate others when they make mistakes. We're human, mistakes happen. This is not jail lol
