I want to appeal against a ban and I'm not sure if this is the right place to do it?
My son has played quite happily on this server for months with no problems and I can see how well managed the server is. He had a small incident on Sunday and now he has been in floods of tears saying he can never play again.
My son was playing this game on Sunday when another player said he could have some iron? The player then dropped the iron on the floor and ran into my son. He then picked the iron up and the server said that he was stealing. I think it was either someone being unkind or my son made a genuine mistake. I know nothing about the game but he was extremely upset and still is. I know how well managed this server is and have always been happy for him to play on this server. I am sure therefore that this can be looked into and sorted out. Many thanks for your help Louise (mum) His name is Doctorlizard on the game

6. Was this an incorrect ban? He thinks so as he has always played fairly by the rules, it was either a mistake a misunderstanding or we are not sure.

8.Why do you think you should be unbanned? He has never done anything like this and is really upset at being banned from one of his favourite games. He really does not think he did anything wrong and is very upset. It must be a miss understanding that I hope can be rectified. He has always played carefully and has enjoyed the safety of playing on a server like this one. Many thanks

Your son wasn't banned for stealing iron or anything, the ban was due to him stealing over 150 banners.

I have got to the bottom of it. His sister was playing on his account and apparently swapped them for one grass!! Apparently according to my son that is not good. I can assure you she is in trouble as she new what she was doing playing his game and stealing the items. I am very disappointed in her.
It really was not my son and his sister will not be playing on the computer for a very long time!! Sorry to cause such a problem. His sister says she is very sorry. I think my son will not be letting her play any of his games now.

If there is anyway you can unban my son he may forgive his sister one day. (but I'm not sure) Its lots of tears in my house tonight.

 

Even though your daughter used your son's account, it's still your son at fault. His account means his responsibility, and if any crime is committed using that account, the owner of that account is still to blame.

 

That's a shame one very very upset little boy for something that was not his fault. Please close his account. At least I have tried to sort this out been totally truthful and open with you. Such a shame for him.

 

I have spoken to both children. My daughter understands what she has done and my son will not let her near his accounts again. He understands the rules and would follow them to the letter. He is so upset many thanks
