Well first of all, what you said was very rude and I do not think that people should be talking to their staff like that. You should know what you did wrong and maybe I think you should just sleep on what you said and think about how that could hurt someone's feeling. So for now I think you should probably wait out your ban and think about what you did wrong. If you show some respect and apologize, I might have have your wait time shortened.
