I Bought a Upgrade for Donor 10 to Donor 50 On 1/11/14. I have Not yet receive it. I Was on skyblock.net when I bought it. So please help
We're you online at the time of the donation? Don't you have any proof you donated? - Such as receipts or emails. Without proof there isn't much Cyp can do as he doesn't know if you've actually donated or not so check through your emails to see if you have recieved any from buycraft. If you do have any proof put it in hide : Hidden Content If you want something to be hidden from the public so only staff members can see it, use hidden content. Type (hide) message(/hide). Use this if you want to say something in private to the staff, or if you need to post a transaction ID, receipt, or coordinates to your island. e.g. When using hide use these brackets. What I do right after I donate is I go onto recent donations and screenshot my name. Just a suggestion if you ever are going to donate more on skyblock.net and this happens again.
I will archive this due to inactivity however if you are missing your rank still either open a new thread with your reciept number/proof of purchase or /email [email protected] with the same information.
