I'll give you a guide minecraftmaps.com download skyblock with winrar in your pc open the program up. go to %appdata% find saves get the map paste bam.
Dropbox accounts tend to have link/file traffic limits. Once it reaches that limit, the link is temporarily disabled, and anyone who tries to access it will see an error page instead of the file. Where are you downloading this from?
This has been a problem for quite awhile. I remember someone created a thread to download survival skyblock on single player because this download package has already exceeded the amount of downloads reached. All I can tell you is to try and find that thread here. :/
Sometimes the Dropbox servers tend to go down. Happened to me once, then the next day it worked. (Someone told me its something to do with internet access, Not sure though)
Its this issue. Cyp did say he will fix the links however for now there are plenty of safe downloads of the map elsewhere. If you want a safe link I have created this one
