It has been almost a month and I still cannot connect to the server because I get the error 'java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable.' Mineverse doesn't work either, however another server I tried does work, however to connect to any servers that I own I am having to use the IP address, so I have no idea what it is causing it. I have tried googling the problem, re-installing minecraft and flushing my DNS. EDIT: From what I gather, this isn't a client side issue, its something to do with the server.
As you're the only one I've seen having this issue, that suggests that it's client-side, not server-side. Have you tried logging in via a different IP (eg. Skyblock.org, 184.164.156.228)? Also, have you tried logging in from a different computer with the same account, or the same computer on a different account?
Please try this first, Mr. Timmy. Especially logging in from a different computer or device. Oddly your ability to use the forums but not connect to the server is rather interesting.
Try downloading a different client thats not original minecraft. Also try connected with no hack client.
The IP works for me, so I can get online with that. I agree Myrm, I have no idea what is happening here. I think I will re-install my operating system this weekend, as A: That usually fixes all my problems and B: It needs doing as I have alot of junk on my PC anyway I don't use a hacked client bro, and I have tried all of these ; )
