Hi, A long time ago I bought highroller and a 4 spawner pack, I recently bought overlord. I never received my first spawner or the 4 spawners I bought. Can someone check my purchase history and give me the spawners in-game? Also, why do I have access to the highroller kit, but not the donor kits? Kind regards, Ieuan
As far as i know, you are the one who has your purchase history. there might be records, but it is a good idea to screenshot the receipt whenever buying online. Regarding the kits, you only have accest to the kit of the current rank that you are at, not all of the previous ones. E.G, if i was donor 50, i loose the donor 10 and 25 kit permissions, make sense?
I have all the receipts in either Paypal or my e-mail, so that's no problem if Noobcrew asks about it. I just want a reply first. And yeah that's how I thought it worked, but I used to have access to both highroller and overlord..

@leuan Was this ever resolved? If not, it's best to post the receipts or transaction ids. You can post them in hidden so that only mods and admins can see them.
Nope, never been resolved. I'll check for a Paypal transaction ID tomorrow, back than there was no such thing as buycraft so other than Paypal I don't think there is anything.
Pretty sure that doesn't count for help threads, since they're going to sit around until they're solved. -.-
