I really would like to be able to get a slime spawner to work. Do you need to be in certain conditions? Or should it just work anywhere? I live in an ocean biome apparently. So yea, I want to be able to get slime somehow without having to hope I can find someone to trade for some slime balls.
Is this a new thing, or did it always have to be at y=4? I've tried a few times with slime chunk finders and placed spawners at all different levels but never managed to get it to work :ah and now I'm scared to try again after hearing that silk touch can't pick up spawners anymore :L
I did see a thread where someone will find a slime chunk for you, but I rather have someone teach me how xD
