Hi, So i previously had created a buycraft ban appeal however the issue was semi-resolved. If you guys can kindly change my purchase status from 'chargeback' to complete, this would fix a lot of problems I am encountering. Thank you!

This is another add on to a previous appeal, however I need you guys to change the status from chargeback to complete
