IGN: SourceForums Time of Incident: 3:20 PM AUST' What I lost (Exactly this): What happened: I went off my computer, when my character just kinda...walked off the edge of my island: it's the thing where the server lags and the action of a character gets delayed. Of course, I jumped back to type /home, but I wasn't fast enough & died via the void. How did I get the screenshot of my items? Ever since the time I lost all my items to ClearLag, I take a screenshot of my inventory as soon as I log on, as soon as I log off & every 30 minutes or so. FYI: All I really care about is the armour I had on, my tools, the cobwebs, the dirt & the buckets
StrayanPenguin, not trying to be rude here, but I didn't even have time to type /home, I doubt that anyone in the world would take a screenshot before warping to home...

...alright, it's fine. The fault is on me for not taking a footage/screenshot of it... I'll take this as a valuable lesson & repurchase the items...please feel free to lock the thread
To be fair, having evidence of dying would be as simple as taking a picture of the death screen which will show in the background the void, which would be for next time. However when people are falling they try and do /home as a first reaction most of the time... There is at least 10 sec to make a decision. I would find that asking for proof of death would be problematic. But since there is proof of ownership, feel free to message me if you need something

Just to add on to what Krissy said, ^ the mods cannot verify if it was taken for this incident though, eh? As in, I can just use a random screenshot of me dead in the void.
Unfortunately that can happen. Mods will just have to be a step ahead. In situations like that I used to try and locate any signs of the player stashing the items on another islands or chests, then deciding if the death screen and any screenshots are legit. So most likely if the items cannot be located, then the evidence should be acceptable. If the items are rare, then there needs to be a lot more proof
krissy_punk, aha, hmm...I'm so tempted to attempt at making a full refund AI plugin of some sort for SkyBlock now. >.< Anyways, mods, feel free to lock the thread now~
