Hi! My co-op partner and I have decided to sell our island! I don't have screenshots right now, but /visit PancakeFlavored or /visit _o_X_SHADOW_X_o_ to take a look. After a day or two, I'll sell it to the highest offer (if people even want it lmao)

Island features:
-fast stone generator
-vine farm
-lots of space
-bow and arrow game
-skin comp
-trade shops area
-ice mountains biome

EDIT: I'm getting rid of most of the grass (leaving 70) on the island. Because of this, I don't know if the initial buyer still wants to buy it for 75 dias, so you can state a lower price.

Yeah, it's come to my attention that selling islands with lots of grass is illegal. If I have to, I can get rid of all the grass and sand before selling it (or just downright not sell it all if no one wants it :/ )
