Okay so I don't know if other people feel the same way but I've seen several good suggestions made with several pages of people supporting or arguing in favour of a suggestion and I know crew, Merks and several other staff members and extremely busy but it's so agonising when you see good suggests go unnoticed.

So I would suggest that an individual (or several individuals) are given the specific role of evaluating the suggestion and act as the link between suggestees and the staff that are able to do something.

This would help because what we have now, are several support/no supports and no way of knowing whether any ideas will actually be put forward. It's abit like politics, we have the people making suggestions to improve the country and it's like the political party in charge not addressing these matters. If you catch me. Just my opinion please argue with me if you feel I am wrong!

Admin sees the suggestions. They rarely reply whether or not they support an idea.

This is lack of communication on their part.

If there were a team of evaluators, their correspondence would be through the "Start a Conversation" button with admin. The evaluators will likely not be neutral and may attempt to sway admin to consider suggestions they prefer.

This would just be more mail for admin to have to sift through.

Eons ago, I suggested that on .net, a notification be made for when /ma j is open. The idea has been implemented. So they do look at suggestions and take them seriously. They just don't always reply.

I understand that this was the case for yours but we have over 1000 suggests and instead of waiting for eons to realise its not happening. i feel that it will let us at least feel closure haha

I agree that communication between evaluators and admin would be mainly through group conversation and i do understand that some opinions will be biased but this is the case for everything and as it is, suggestions are made through opinions on the suggestion. I think that this change would reduce the need for admin to look through all the suggestions and have the evaluators filter out all the no hopers and provide a short list of suggestions that are possible :)

I agree that admin doesn't communicate enough with the players. They should offer some sort of verdict (yes, no or maybe in the future) to acknowledge the players suggestions.

I honestly don't foresee this changing because admin has other important issues that take precedence.

Having a team of people relay the suggestions to admin would spam their inbox, as there are constantly new ideas (or old ideas re-surfacing). In a thread, admin can view all sides and look at the feedback from the suggestions. It is a neutral way for them to view the ideas.

Admin doesn't always respond, but it doesn't mean your voice isn't heard. Ideas are what a community needs to keep it fresh and to bring players together.
