This person want me to but a rank on a different server page and is she allowed to give items she wants to donate to my cousin or friends account and I buy her a rank on other forums and if my friend or cousin doesn't give me the items will it still be illegal of no since its not really trading for the items and I have no coops s it cant benefit my island?

IRL (In-Real-Life) Money trades must be made as donations to _this_, or one of the Noobcrew owned servers. Since the items you're recieving on the Skyblock.NET server are for another server not owned by Noobcrew, this trade is considered illegal.

 

it not really trading because I was gonna buy her a rank on a different server because we poth play on it as well as this server and she said that she was gonna donate to my friend that's on his own separate island so it would be considered trading for items because I don't want the items so im letting her give them to my friend

We do not and cannot control actions outside the servers that we moderate on. Which means that we are unable prevent any trades happening outside the server. However, we can and do prevent advertisements of such trades, and accordingly we cannot be responsible for anything that goes wrong Eg Scamming.

If you are buying someone a rank on another server for there IN-GAME items on skyblock.net, this is against the server policy.

If you are buying someone a rank on skyblock.net/skyblock.org/mineverse.com for items on skyblock.net, this is legal within the servers

 

Fogger but if he donates items and upgrades me, could i for instance buy her a rank on other server as an act of kindness and i promised him i would get it for him christmas and then he said since i was getting her the rank she wanted to donate me items

 

Well, the server moderators cannot stop you from doing that...since you can just say the 2 'givings' are unrelated..
