Its a forums based mobile app, so instead of going on the internet and having weird format, its fitted for forums. I think so at least I don't have a phone <_>
I use it regularly, I basically use it for when I'm out, pretty useful when out on trips. There is also it's own messaging/conversation online chat.
It's basically a platform that supports the way Forums looks on a Desktop, so it's both more practical and efficient.
