I hope i dont get banned for this, but hopefully i wont be, since the complaint section is there to complain, and now im complaining Ok, i dont know if this is Rant or Complaints, but Ever since Essentials was replace with essentialsLite, my life was harder. First off, we cant do /seen anymore. That annoys me. Well, why you say, I need to see if my friends are on, banned and so, now i cant. It just annoys me. Secondly, /who doesnt show colors anymore. Now it is just so hard to figure out whose donor and non-donor. Thirdly, no more /nick. I donated for it, so i want it. On the donor site it says the packages are PERMANENT. You guys removed custom prefixes for $100 donors, removed /nick, so i dont see you guys going by your word. Fourthly, essentials (The normal one) didnt cause any Lag at all. Fifthly, Where has /tpa gone? Its another one of those donor things removed. And yah, thats my complaint about the new essentialsLite, Hate it, want essentials back. Now, LogBlock Skyblock has just been more stressful since LB was removed. Please put it back, im so nervous about my island being griefed. Thats about it with LB. ChannelChat Chatting with my friend has been so annoying since ChannelChat was removed. Well, its your choice if you want to take my HeroChat suggestion. Forums Why are the forums down every hour or so? And i cant change my Avatar. Ive been really annoyed since the new host, the only features i like about the new hosts changes is the new enchanting and less lag. Perms : Since the server restarts every now and then, why not give fly donors essentials.fly.safelogin? Well, if you guys ever bring essentials back. Essentials was 1 plugin, now look how much more you need to make a "Worse version" of essentials : EssentialsLite (Just get rid of it) TimTheEnchanter (This is ok, but it still counts as additional plugin) SimpleKits (Its ok, but i prefer essentials kits) warptastic (Essentials warps is easier to use) skyMSG ^5 plugins that you can get with 1 plugin, how could you guys not see this Ok, i cant just fight with you guys. So here are a few thank you's : Thanks for adding TimTheEnchanter, its a great plugin, and faster way to enchant NoLagg. Awesome plugin, waaay better than CLAG Thats about it, if this was wrong to complain with sooo much complaints, please dont ban me. Im just saying whats better for the sake of the server. Please don't ban me for this, but it does make the life a bit harder on skyblock. And yes NoLagg is a awesome plugin so is TimTheEnchanter but /nick has gone, so has /tpa, /seen and some warps have gone such as newspawn. Crew please don't take this as rudeness, I'm just being honest. About Log Block now that it is removed mods can't help people when they were griefed because they dont have clear, efficient evidence. /seen /nick /who /tpa *check* They should all be patched up now. LogBlock is back on the server, and ChannelChat's replacement will be arriving soon. The reason why EssentialsLite is probably causing issues is because, well, it's still being developed. We needed a lightweight and quick replacement as Essentials was slowly killing the hardware. Org can cope as it doesn't see as many players, however Net is now getting 500 people at once. Essentials was never designed for that many players. If you look at it, the plugin still uses some prehistoric code from hMod (the server mod before Bukkit). Eventually, all the features of Essentials will be available in EssentialsLite. That includes warps, kits, and a copy of skyMSG. Also another thing. More plugins do not always mean more lag. It's how those plugins are written which affect performance. The hog at the moment is actually the Skyblock plugin, hence why I am going to be cleaning that up.
