Password Reset on Forums

    Hello, my IRL friend, cyerye, forgot his password to the forums and has been attempting to reset it for 2 days to no avail. He has contacted 3 mods in-game however none were able to assist although they had said others have been having the same problem. What is he able to do? He has tried resetting to both his in-game name and his email address. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you -Cyberknight13 & cyerye

    Did your friend receive an email about reseting his password on the forums?

    He should, be sure to tell him to check his junk folder.

    Bizarrely, Skyblock sends emails from the system, and they go to the spam folder.... o_O

    cyerye has been on the forums since this was posted. :p So, I'm going to assume this was resolved.
