I was once banned for duping rails but I was unbanned instantly when the mod realised that I hadn't known I was doing wrong (it was for rail duping and Duping is not covered in ANY OF THE IN-GAME RULES so he realised that I had not been breaking any rules and let me off the hook). 4. Did you read the rules & in-game /warp FAQ? I have now, but when I committed the act, I had not. 5. What exactly did you do? (Rules broken, dates, coords, in-game accomplices) ? I broke the rule ‘Do not grief, steal, or bridge to other islands’ by doing the following. I had just joined the server and I was a total noob, not knowing that there even were rules. I followed the precedure for creating an island. When I spawned, I saw, next to my starter island, a massive island with gigantic structures, including an immense wooden villa, a build of a sort I had never seen before. Now, I thought that everyones Islands were in a different world or something, or so far apart that you could never hope to reach another person's by building outwards. So, naturally, I assumed that this was an Easter egg, a secret structure that only spawned with one in a million islands or something like that. Therefore, I bridged accross to it and used it as a base for a day or two. I cannot in any way remember what I took or used, as it was so long ago and I have the worst memory EVER. Anyway, 2 days later I went on the server and there was a guy on there making terrible threats to me and my friend (My friend is BakerDan44) so I realised that this was someone else's island and I had messed up BIG TIME. So we returned all the items that we had on our island or in our inventories and then left to create a new island. We had no idea this forum existed and I have only found this amnesty post recently. 6. Why do YOU think you deserve Amnesty ? Because I was completely unaware that I was breaking any rules, I didn't know the base belonged to someone else and I apologised to the rather rude owner we met and returned all items. I hope I did not do very much damage (I can only hope, as I really don't remember). I would, in a heartbeat, help them with any further projects of theirs as compensation and I will obviously never even consider doing anything of the sort again.

Yes, that is correct. I now know all the rules by which the server is governed and, as previously stated, I won't do anything of the sort again. I deeply regret doing what I did and would give anything to go back and change it. Obviously I cannot change it, but I can do the closest thing, which is to come clean and offer compensation to the people that I unknowingly wronged.
By returning the items you showed that you were remorseful and therefore you won't need to compensate. They could have told a mod to handle the situation but they were most likely satisfied with the outcome. Thankyou for coming clean. There is not need for further action on this matter
