Oh yeah, I remember you. All I have to say is: what the hell? Bullying other players incessantly is different from just trolling one person and then stopping. And your reason for unban is inadequate. Yes, the ban message is reasonable. You have no explanation of why you would never pull this crap again. If you can prove to me that you won't be a jerk, then I'll be happy to unban you. But I don't trust your word as of now.
The ban was for flaming and verbal harassment. Also, you can't post in other people's ban appeals, so make sure you don't do it again. I'm deleting your post as part of our policy, just try to withhold comments on ban appeals unless you are some sort of witness, or are involved in the case.
