I have brought a $25 doner and I am not receiving the kit which comes every three day, this is included in the $25 doner package.
Please help I have paid money and I am not happy.

 

The kit does not come automatically. You need to use the command. I believe it should be "/kit donor25" but you can do "/kit" to see all kits available.

 

If i write in /kit it say Doner25. And when i type in /kit Doner25 it says you need the essesntials.kits.Doner25 you need permission to use this. I brought Doner 25 and I don't know why it wont work?

 

Are you spelling it just like that? Because I believe the e should be an o.

Try typing in exactly /kit donor25

With the o instead of the e and see if that works.
