I dont know about permanent bans.wheather they are fair or not..currently im on the no perm ban side.probably for like 2 weeks

 

We've had cases of people griefing over 300 islands. Are you saying they should only be banned for 14 days?

 

We only permban griefers and advertisers.

So just don't do either and you won't have to worry about it.

The only reason why people get perm banned is that they don't follow the rules. I've seen many people calling for help as the same person griefs 25+ islands in one day. How would you feel if you made a gigantic island then the next day it's completely griefed. That is only one reason why mods do this.

 

i agree, im donor25 and if someone came along to my island and griefed my 2 spawners, i wouldnt be happy.
(i have 2 spawners because i co-op with other donors)

 

I'm sorry, but I can't agree with this. There are so many people out there who work so hard on their islands only to have them disappear from griefers. Thankfully this hasn't happened to me, but I would't be happy if it did, as I've been working on it for a year now. I think perma-ban is fair for those who do serious things like this.

Anyway, The rules are clearly stated in /rules and at /warp faq and it says if you break these rules you will most likely be banned.
Its up to you to read these rules and by reading the rules you accept their terms.
Its a game, If someone gets banned from a server they really like, Who's fault is it?, Theirs, Because they are the ones which did the wrong thing and got themselves banned.

 

So basicly, The system which the server employs now is a great one and i dont think it should change

Also the system broadcast in the chat to go to /warp FAQ before playing so there really is no excuse.
