Unfortunately once you have accepted to join a coop you lose everything except what is in your enderchest. There is nothing that can be done to reverse this action.

There is a clear warning at the point that you are choosing /coop accept, stating that you will lose your island. It is your responsibility to read that and be sure of the choices that you are making.

The mode you are thinking of with being able to modify each other's islands is the /trust [player] feature - not /coop.

What is your IGN? I may be able to sort you a sort of refund pack as best that I can from my own items. Please be aware that this will not be the full amount that you lost, but a goodwill gesture to try and help you rebuild.
