You need the transaction ID, go to your email and you should get one. Just put it in a spoiler and before you do it put [Hide.] in front of it Ex. do [Hide.] THF3F75490545KD4. Also do not put the period after Hide, it is only so you can see it. That will be my transaction ID and only the mods and up can see it. There are currently issues happening with changing your name and not keeping donor. This is a glitch however with BuyCraft and we hope they will fix it soon. You can contact Cyp since we cannot fix that. You should've just waited until you got it then changed your name or changed your name before. The rank probably when to your old account name.
