EDIT (Following the Correct Format):

Activity: I've never really played with Lycel due to the timezone differences, but when I used to be able to on the holidays, she could be seen constantly helping out other players in public chat. (I'm sure more goes around in the private chat)

Dedication: Lycel is quite active on the forums, giving detailed feedback and helps where needed. It is to my belief that she has the dedication for the community.

Attitude/Friendly: Again, it's been a while since I've played at the same time with Lycel, but she would always act in a mature way & friendly towards both Donors and Non-Donors.

I added a section called 'Competence of Commands' but I put it under a spoiler because most people wouldn't care. It's just a list of situations where I'd use certain commands and how I know which ones to use ^-^ not too interesting. Just so you guys know
