Meant to comment on this yesterday, but I was having a horrible problem with the forums (as was many other people ) Anyway, how long ago did you make the purchase? It can take up to 24 hours for the purchase to kick in. Also, did you have space in your inventory?
Well I purchased it yesterday (July 4 , 2015) And usually I thought it would take at most 1 hour. I still haven't gotten it. Also, yes I did have space in my inventory.
