I know everyone that works on the server is busy, but it has been 2 weeks since my original appeal. I think there should be a time limit response if no one helps push an appeal forward, the player should be unbanned especially if I am innocent since no proof has been acquired and presented. I really am trying hard to get back on and continue to play on my favorite server on Minecraft (this one , but I feel neglected and that my original donation was unappreciated. Please consider my appeal and I would be overly grateful if I could continue to play and be unbanned in the time being due to the fact that this appears to be an incorrect ban. It's not like I writing this after a day or two or even one week. It's been 14 days from when I first appealed. Thank you again for reading this I hope to join everyone on the server soon .
This is a rule that backs me up; however, I am still unaware of the person who banned me so I am assuming Cyp but that's not important at the moment. Rule 14: The Mods can ONLY Ban with a Reason Offence Level: High The mods can only ban with a specific reason, not because they felt like it. A mod can get demoted if they break this rule! There is about a .001% that they can mess up, but it is very rare, and it is usually accidental (ex: Logs record wrong person). The excuse of a friend doing the thing to get you banned or your account being hacked (rare to start) does NOT qualify for this. Your account is your responsibility, and the mods CLEARLY say it in the guide to a good ban appeal. They always need a reason to ban!

I've spoken to Cypriotmerks and he states that you've "used the rank and kits", and thus need to pay the chargeback to get unbanned. If you wish to take this up further I suggest emailing [email protected].
Blaq so pretty much Cypriotmerks is scamming me first off and secondly I don't know what it is in being charged by this server.
Alrighty well if you are going to allow this bull s*** to happen on your server to the people that play on it and pay for stuff expect a lot less on here and a lot more banned complaining just as I. Good luck I hope you realize your flaw in your twisted logic.
