Introduction:
Hi, my name is Ewan or JustBacon as you all know me as. I am 13 years old turning 14 this year and you guessed it I love bacon . I grew up in Brisbane, Australia and live there to this day. I found this server from my good friend MOB_SLAYER_101 or Liam. I was over at his house about 2 years ago and he was playing it, I loved the concept of it the first time I saw it and I'm still finding twists and turns to it. In early 2013 I bought Minecraft so I could play Skyblock.net with him. After some months he said he was becoming a [Donor], I quickly became very jealous to the point where I had to have it to so I well I got it and ever since then we have been playing everyday and enjoying ourselves doing so.
Well this is a long time coming so here it is, the best and last of my mod applications.

What timezone are you in?
(UTC+10:00) Brisbane. But Usually I'm on when all my family and friends and sleeping so this isn't really accurate to when I'm on.

What languages do you speak?
English as a first language but I am learning Chinese (Secondary Level) and also know a bit of Spanish (Pre-preschool level) but I doubt Chinese and Spanish will need to be used often as I have actually never seen anyone in public chat speaking anything but English though I'm not doubting this happens.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
This is the question I have really been regretting but well here it is... A long time ago when I was a Greenbean I was banned for misunderstanding the word "bridging" but that is the past and I can certainly say that I will never do that again. Not so long ago I was banned for being really stupid and duping rails, luckily McMuffin__ caught me and banned me for my stupidity. I really hope the past doesn't influence your decision now, but I would understand if this did.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
Ok so this is the paragraph that people are going to read if they read any at all so I better make it a good one. Ok, so firstly I'm not going to go on about how helpful I am or how much I love telling people a million times that YES DIRT TRADE IS ILLEGAL but I would more like to base this on what I think I would contribute to the community if I was chosen to be mod. I'm also not going to lie and say that I don't care about the perks of being a mod because I really do care and I would be lying if I said otherwise. I believe that I would be a not just good mod but a mod that everyone knows and everyone trusts because of my extensive knowledge of the server and community and also how it all works. I do a idea about all the plug-ins and what they do but it is quite limited I am aware of the main plug-ins but I honestly couldn't pick out one from another. I also have quite a good bond with the community or thats what I think anyway. I know I'm not the only early 12-15 kid applying saying that I would be perfect 100% of the time and that I am always on the server helping new players because I'm not because 1. Thats impossible and 2. It's so repetitive and boring. No-one can honestly say that they would rather help out new players than play, trade or build but being a mod is this and if I ever become a mod I will try my absolute best to fufil this duty to the best of my abilities. I'm also part of a time period that usually there is only 1 or 2 mods on which is not really what I believe to be very practical. I mean 2 mods and 500 others thats 250 people each for them to cater for which I believe to be extrememly difficult if not impossible. I know there is many others who could complete this job just as good if not better than I will but I definitly believe that NO-ONE and I mean NO-ONE will do it the same as me or even close and that is why I think I should be mod.





Some additional trates include:
1. Fast typer
This will help in replying to people's questions quickly to insure that I don't miss anyone messaging me and quickly respond to the source of the problem.
2. Kind and easy to approach
This is a very good trait, as younger players may be a bit to shy to message a mod if they aren't easy to approach.
3. I can handle getting several messages at once
As I said before this will insure that I don't miss anyone's questions and make sure that everyone gets the help they need.
4. Calm and cheerful
This is one of the most important traits because why even play the game if your not having fun doing so, but most importantly so people actually want to talk to me as they will know that I will give them a happy response.
5. Humorous but not a clown
As they say "humor is the best medicine" and in this case it is important so people can laugh and have fun while playing on one of the best games and servers out there.
6. Can do attitude
There is nothing worse than messaging a mod and they say something like "sorry, can't right now I'm busy" which in most cases the truth but having that enthusiasm to want to help and make a difference is what people really want.
7. Supportive
If someone is thinking of an idea like "Sponsor A GreenBean Day" I'm more than happy to contribute and also participate in this, which is what more mods need to do to make everyone have a wonderful experience in skyblock like I did when I started.
8. Helpful and understanding
I love to help everyone (I know everyone says this but I will say it again and I also understand that in come cases people are not sure of the rules and did actually misread them so I try to help them remember the rules so next time they don't get banned.
9. Mature
I'm sure that everyone has experienced someone who goes way to far in jokes and they start to get inappropriate or the guy who won't stop spamming their server in the chat just trying to get attention and I'm certainly not that guy. Fortunately I love to STOP those people before they get unbearable.
10. Neat and organised
I believe it is crucial with a capital C that being neat and organised is a trait that every mod must have and luckily this is my favorite and main attribute as I:
Keep a folder of screenshots of my trades and a separate folder where I put my screenshots of people doing illegal things etc. bridges or griefing
How long can you be active on the server everyday?
Monday: 1-2hrs (Homework Day )
Tuesday 2-3hrs (Finishing Homework Day )
Wednesday 3-5hrs (Free Day)
Thursday 3-5hrs (Free Day)
Friday 10hrs (Overnighter Day)
Saturday 8-9hrs (Depends on social life)
Sunday 8-9hrs (Same as Saturday)
I know this isn't the longest time on each day but I really try to be on as much as I can during the week but high school has really affected it.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I have been moderator on a smaller server (100 people max.) but that server was shut down a long time ago due to money problems but I am looking forward to if I get mod as I would love to see how hectic it can get on a server of 500 people.

Conclusion:
Well that is about it and I probably have made several grammatical and spelling errors so feel free to fix them as you please. I also have probably forget to put down some things as I have been working on this over a course of several days so don't be surprised if I edit this a lot . I love this server and treat the people like family (like lil'babywarguy) and being a mod would make it that much more special to me. That's it I think so yeah hope you enjoy and as always......
