Was instructed to post here if I had lost a spawner due to them not dropping as items. What information do you need from me? I am missing one.

I've looked in-game and I found the following logs:

It looks like these entries were all a few days before we encountered our first problems. Are you sure you didn't lose your spawner to clear lag? Sometimes players don't notice it in chat. Spawners also have a tendency to fly a few blocks or glitch through walls, did you search the surrounding area?

EDIT: Unfortunately your spawner is not eligible for a refund because of the time it happened. The server only saw spawners go missing form the 30th of April. Apologies.
