it seems one of the accounts i was using has been irreversibly hacked out of my control. is there anyway to have an islands ownership changed to a new account without having access to the original account. the island in question is the original skysupply shop. held by account named skysupply2
I dont think there is much they can do unless you can provide proof that the account was owned by you, if you go on mojangs support page and can provide the receipt for your purchase of the account you may be able to recover your account. If that's not at all possible, then you may need to find a way to prove ownership of your account before anything can be done
well the situation is a bit difficult. i was given the account by a person who had quit playing. they gave me complete control over it even being able to change the email and security questions. well i thought it was completely secure so i used it to hold my old shop island while i built a new one. but recently it was either reclaimed by the person whom gave me the account originally or was hacked out of my control by someone else ( i tried speaking with the person who gave me the account but they claim it wasn't them.) logs will show that the account in question was last and regularly logged in from the same IP as my main account. and hundred of ppl including some staff can verify that the island was mine from server start. i'm just hoping it can be transferred to a different alt before something happens to it. my main account still has trust there and most locketted items have the name of my main on them too. almost all of the build was accomplished by my main or alt skysupply so its quite easy to verify that i owned the island. my other alt skysupply is without an island now and ready to take it back over when ever if it is possible. and was purchased by me to prevent this from happening again. Kerahna Micheal recommended i tag you to see if this was possible.
I fully understand where your coming from with the whole account situation because that's the same way I got my main. If you can supply the name of a staff that knows for a fact you own the island, i would suggest tagging them here, that may bring a little more help to proving the account is yours
been done already. Micheal can verify it was mine as he was one of the founders with me. and was able to verify that the account is still listed as one of my alts in the system.
