I know it is illegal to say "Let's Play Cubecraft" That is a server name and advertising. But is it illegal to say "Let's Play Money Wars" which is a game on Cubecraft? According to what I read it should not be illegal but a mod told me in-game that it is. Can I get some input?
In PM you can say either if its to a friend and in global id feel safe saying the game name but some mods might give you a warning for saying a server name in chat.
Saying a server name may be kickable depending on what you are saying. "I'm off to play [server name]" is ok. Saying to people to "join server name" can earn you a kick then ban if you do not stop. Generally you should not be talking about servers in chat other than crew ones.
Well I am saying and said "Who wants to play Eggwars with me?" Is that illegal? There is no server name involved.
If you are going to be sharing a server ip in any way you cannot say "who wants to play..." In public.
Screw all of it. Just to be safe say it in PM. If you really wanna publicize it , do what Krissy said, just say "Off to play [name of game]!"
